Please read them carefully before confirming your child\u2019s participation.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"uk-margin-bottom\">\n<ol>\n<li>PAYMENT: The participation fee must be paid no later than thirty (30) days before the child\u2019s first day in the programme. Doukas Summer Camp reserves the right to suspend or discontinue a child\u2019s participation in the event of delayed payment.<\/li>\n<li>MEDICAL CERTIFICATE: A <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/148\/2026\/04\/doukas-summer-camp-medical-certificate.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">medical certificate<\/a> signed by your doctor is required for your child\u2019s participation. The certificate must confirm that your child is in good health and fit to take part in all Doukas Summer Camp activities, including swimming pool use, sports activities, sea swimming and similar programme activities.<br \/>The medical certificate must be sent by email at <a href=\"mailto:summercamp@doukas.gr\">summercamp@doukas.gr<\/a> in order to complete registration<\/li>\n<li>CANCELLATIONS: For cancellations made up to thirty (30) days before the start of the programme, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations submitted fewer than thirty (30) days before the start of the programme.<\/li>\n<li>INSURANCE: In order to participate in Doukas Summer Camp, your child must hold and bring a valid <a href=\"https:\/\/employment-social-affairs.ec.europa.eu\/policies-and-activities\/moving-working-europe\/eu-social-security-coordination\/european-health-insurance-card\/applying-european-health-insurance-card_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">European Health Insurance Card<\/a> (EHIC), or equivalent health insurance documentation in the case of non-EU citizens.<br \/>Doukas Summer Camp provides third-party liability and personal accident insurance for all participants.<\/li>\n<li>PERSONAL BELONGINGS: We strongly recommend that children do not bring large amounts of cash or valuable personal items, such as mobile phones, cameras, iPads or similar devices.
