The third in-person Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) of the consortium took place in Torino, Italy, and was graciously hosted by the Turin Institute for the Deaf. The meeting brought together twelve representatives from the project’s partner organizations, who gathered to assess the progress of the project’s implementation and evaluate its current outcomes and indicators.
Throughout the two-day meeting, participants engaged in productive discussions and collaborative sessions focused on key project components. Special attention was given to the development of the Interactive Digital Storytelling Platform, as well as the next sections of the Guide for Social Inclusion, both of which are central deliverables of the initiative.
In addition to reviewing the achievements and challenges so far, the consortium members allocated upcoming tasks among partners, set milestones for the following phases, and agreed on timelines. The next online coordination meeting was scheduled, ensuring continued alignment and communication among all stakeholders.
The meeting concluded with preparations for the upcoming fourth TPM, which will take place in Nicosia, Cyprus, in September 2025. The team left Torino with a renewed sense of collaboration and clear objectives for the months ahead.
