        • to object to the disclosure of data to third parties for judicial use, always subject to the School's assessment, after balancing the relevant interests, that such disclosure is necessary and appropriate for the support of the third party's rights before judicial authorities. Please note, however, that where the disclosure of data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, whether judicially or extrajudicially, the School's legitimate interest prevails and any objection exercised in that respect cannot be satisfied.
        • Right to withdraw consent: to withdraw, at any time, any consent you have given.
If you believe that your personal data, or your child's personal data, are being affected in any way, you may also lodge a complaint at any time with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

      7. Information on Consent for the Collection and Processing of My Child's Health Data

For preventive reasons and in order to enable us to respond to any emergency, the School intends to process (collect, store and use) health data concerning your child that you have disclosed in the relevant field above. Possible recipients of such health data may include medical and nursing staff cooperating with the School or, in the event of an emergency, a third-party doctor or hospital.

You may freely withdraw all or any of the relevant consents at any time, in which case your child's health data will be deleted. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing already carried out (for example, disclosure of certain data to supervisors or escorts for preventive reasons, or to our nursing staff in order to handle an emergency).

      8. Information and Consent for the Collection and Processing of My Child's Image (Photographs and Videos)

The School intends to take and retain commemorative photographs and videos of your child in connection with participation in Summer Camp. Such photographs and videos are sent to you and may also be posted on the School's website and social media channels. They may also be printed in commemorative albums or publications issued by the School and distributed to students and parents.

You may freely withdraw all or any of the relevant consents at any time, in which case the corresponding photographs and videos of your child will be deleted, except for photographs already included in the School's commemorative albums or printed publications. In the case of photographs or videos in which more than one child appears, your refusal to consent to the appearance of your child, or any later withdrawal of consent, does not require that the material not be taken or be destroyed; instead, only your own child's image (face and body) will be blurred.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing already carried out (for example publication in an album, posting on the School's website or publication on the School's social media channels).

Where photographs or videos of your child are posted on the School's website: (i) they will appear without the student's first name and surname so that the image cannot be linked to the student's personal details in general; and (ii) every reasonable effort will be made to prevent webpages containing such photographs or videos from being indexed by search engines. In the event that consent is withdrawn, we will also take reasonable steps to inform any third-party controllers that have processed the data.
